Wow What A Week!

Sooooo nice to have a lie in this morning and not have to get ready for another adventure. I was put out to graze on the lush green grass, but my kidnapper did give me a radio so I could listen to my 'mum' Jacqui and uncle Tom on BBC radio appealing for my return. Was lovely to hear their voices again, miss them soooo much. Uncle Tom, you were right, it was friesian today out there in just my t-shirt - You'll have to listen to radio interview on the Just Udderly Mad page to udderstand the joke.

Anyway... I spent the day thinking of everyone raising money for Children in Need, or rather my ransom! I enjoyed seeing all the new photos and was very touched by my kidnappers personal message on the 'Why' page. I think I understand where she is coming from. Provided I get home safe I think I could find it in my heart to forgive given the circumstances.

Are you watching Children in Need? I am! Hoofs up, beer cracked open and enjoy seeing the money roll in. Oh and WOW! Thanks everyone for helping to raise so much for my release, can't believe how much you've all raised/donated, I just hope it's enough to keep Kid Napper happy - hoofs crossed! That said, it's not to late! You can still donate on here until 8am on Monday.

Well Terry is back on, so I'm gonna chill and and see the acts and all the nice things Children in Need represents.

Moo Moo everyone moo moo xx

On behalf of Kernow Cow

Animal Welfare & The BBC

Well hoofs well rested and a full tummy time to do my blog.

It was fun today, well most of it. The people at the BBC studios showed me round and I got to play with some of their toys, not that I knew what to do with them but it was good to pretend, think I bluffed my way through what I was doing. My surrogate mum Jacqui and my auntie Kirsten and uncle Tom are going there in the morning. Tune in to BBC devon from 8.15 onwards - they are going to make an appeal for my return! Hope they get to give out the website address properly, might get some more donations! Good luck. Tip... Free coffee in the reception!

Then the vets! Well those people at Elm were such good sports and so lovely. Not sure the pets waiting to go in were that impressed with me. One lady wanted to know if I had an appointment, which I did so that shut her up ha! I liked the vets very much and it was reassuring to know that I was in good health after all my exploits, not sure I was impressed when the vet did the rectum bit though - that hurt, but he seemed to enjoy it.

The ransom fund is growing well now. I just hope its enough to please my kidnapper. Can't wait to get home, nice as it has been to get out and about.

Think I upset you know who today. Got back to her house and I think it was either the vets visit or the coffee at the BBC. Anyway I cud'nt help myself - cowpat on her carpet, whoops. Don't think she was having a good day, she told me it had been really crappy, I didn't dare say a word, thought it might create a stink.

Time for Ben and Jerrys I think Mmmmmmm I fancy Caramel Moo Chew whilst watching Coronation Street - oh that evil Tony what's he going to do to Ray!?

Talking of doing things, I wonder what I'll be doing tomorrow? Going home I hope whoooopie :-)

On behalf of Kernow Cow
Day 6 - Nearly Home But Not

Well what a flamming cheek! My kidnapper has some nerve.

As I was bundled in to her little 'ol car again today I thought 'where to now'? So you can imagine my joy this afternoon when I saw the sign for Saltash and familiar buildings. I thought I was on my way home :-(

Seems it was just for more bloomin photos. At least the humans are always nice towards me, and for some reason find me very amoooosing!

Apparently Josie, Kirsten, Tom and Dan (all members of staff at my College) are roughing it at our construction skills centre tonight - rather them than me, I know what it's like down there - cold, dark and scary! My 'mum' Jacqui was supposed to be staying to but alas due to unforseen circumstances was unable to join them, so a little personal message for my mum... mum hope everything is ok! xx

Winds picking up... must be this new diet I'm on. Never had baked beans before but they is so yummy although I do suffer.

I can't believe I was so close to home and nobody spotted me :-( Oh well.

Right must dash, need to grab a shower and do my hair before bed, Waterloo Road and I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here - what a good night of TV. ohhhh that Katie Price what a silly moooooo, who does she think she is? Right I must get some mooooty sleep - Special day tomorrow :-) Must go bye xx

On behalf of Kernow cow

I'm too tired to write this really, so a short blog tonight. All this travelling is sooooo tiring Zzzzz mooo zzzz mooozz

Whoops sorry forgot what I was mooing. Arhhh yes Tavistock, a busy little market town with a pretty river. People are nice here too! Shame the police officers didn't know I was kidnapped, I could have been home sooner but I could only sit and moo but they didn't understand. They seemed to like me though - plenty of patting, yes multiple cow pats teeheemooo

Zzzzzz mooo zzzz moooozz

Anyway... Where was I? Oh thats it, I remember now... I had an accident today, someone left a big wet flower on the ground and I slipped over - yes you've got it, it was a cowslip teeheemooo

oh dear bad jokes must be bed time. Night all love you xx

Zzzzzz mooo zzzz moooozz

On behalf of Kernow Cow

Day 4 - Licking It Up In Liskeard

After getting some strange looks off council workmen in the car park, my kidnapper held me tight under her arm and headed straight for the safety of the town centre. Once there I was greated by so many smiles and more nice people.

In one shop and out another, across this road and across that road - I was a bit dizzy by the end. People on the bus had a good laugh and others stopped me to ask what I was doing there. One lady told me her daughter goes to my college!! Hello girlie whose mum I met - hope you've made a donation towards my ransom!!

Nice to get so many emails of support, thank you xx And wow! I was moooost privileged to see Mr Linell OBE (no less) the Principal of all Cornwall Colleges lending his support to my release campaign. Hope he digs deep, although I'm sure he will as he's such a very nice gentleman.

Tis all very nice getting out and about and my kidnapper is looking after me very well, despite being tethered up at night. But I will admit I'm getting a bit home sick now :-(

On Behalf of Kernow Cow

Day 3 - Ivybridge & Dartmoor

Yesterday lots of humans, today lots of animals, how sweet. Was lovely meeting other creatures of different shapes and sizes - Thank you Mr and Mrs Andrews for inviting me to your small holding in Ivybridge.

Didn't stop there! I met more animals on Dartmoor, cows, ponies and sheep. They have such a tough life living out there, I heard some terrific stories about their lives in the wilds. Not for me though, I'm more a creature comfort type. Enjoyed my ice cream at the end of the day, that was cool, or should I say freezing, you wouldn't want it half melted would you? Glad we cows have some use :-)

Back in the warmth now and out of the wind. Chance to check web hits and fan mail - Thank you everyone xx

On behalf of Kernow Cow

I've had such a sheltered life; I didn't know the world was so big. Today I travelled to Plymouth and visited Drakes Circus, so many shops and so many people! The journey in was nice too but I did feel a little cow sick after a while.

The atmosphere at Drakes was lovely, and I enjoyed meeting everyone, I was well received and they enjoyed meeting me as much as I enjoyed meeting them. Back at my kidnappers home now though for a cow nap before being taken to a dinner party, mmmm more food for my hungry tummy.

This kidnap business is turning out to be quite an adventure. Thank you people of Drakes for allowing me to visit xx

On behlaf of Kernow Cow

What a shock this morning, I was woken in the early hours by someone I didn't know!

Frog marched, or rather cow plod I went. Leaving the warmth and comfort of my cosy office which I share with my dedicated keepers, Kirsten and Jacqui. I'm missing them already, but then they will insist on calling me Toby! Well hello girls... I'm a cow not a bull.

Blindfolded and bundled in to a vehicle I left at high speed, at first trying to keep track of the turns my kidnapper took but I had to give up, it was driving me insane, yes I was becoming a mad cow. Why did no one ever think of mobile phones for cows? I could have called someone and let them know I was on the moooove.

I'm not sure where I am, but it's dark and I think my kidnapper is asleep.

Please, just pay the ransom, I'm not sure whats going to happen to me.

Oh look.... some grass Mmmmmm yum

On behalf of Kernow Cow
